Water Babies is the world’s largest, most professional baby and toddler swimming programme. They welcome over 50,000 children (and their parents/carers) into warm water pools at around 600 locations every week.

Their sessions progressively develop children’s water skills in line with their physical, mental and emotional development phases. They now have over 50 franchises in the UK and international franchises in Ireland, Canada, China and The Netherlands.

STRATEGY AND SUPPORT

Water Babies approached Optix in early 2019 and asked for our help running adverts on behalf of their franchises. While they had lots of Marketing expertise in-house, they specifically wanted our help with the strategy behind their approach and how best to roll it out for their 50+ locations around the country.
Based on this, we put together a plan to provide Water Babies with the support they needed in a way which meant they were getting the best from us.

Since then, we’ve worked very closely with the Water Babies team to roll out a sequential advertising approach to Facebook Ads which has provided great results.

We also helped Water Babies to manage and optimise their Google Ads account. Their account is very large, due to all the locations which need to be targeted, so a careful approach was required in order to test and roll out changes which will provide the best return on investment.

A GROWING PARTNERSHIP

Along with supporting Water Babies with Paid Social ads and Google Ads, we now help them with advertising for their Ecommerce shop and social campaigns for their Ireland locations. Moreover, when Water Babies launched a new site, with an updated brand, we helped them to ensure they were positioned to improve their SEO performance.
