Our Digital Strategy offering is focused on creating a bespoke digital marketing plan for your business. We work with you to understand your goals and apply our team's experience and creative thinking to create a plan which gets results.
We'll spend time with you to understand how you operate and what your key business goals for the coming years are. We will talk through your industry, your competitors and what marketing you are currently doing.
The output of this is a Situation Analysis document which we will ask you to review to ensure we have a full understanding of your business before we proceed.
This is the most creative part of the process and where the expertise of our team really has an impact. We’ve worked with hundreds of businesses and implemented thousands of campaigns so we know what works and what doesn’t.
Our internal team will get together to research, strategise and plan. We’ll review your competitor’s activity, research audience behaviour, identify the best approach for your business and begin to put together our recommendations.
We will meet with you to present back our Digital Strategy in full. This will include an overview of what is currently working for you and what isn’t, plus what your competitors are doing. We'll outline our proposed approach to achieve your goals and talk you through what you can expect to achieve.
During the Digital Strategy session we'll present our key campaign ideas for the year ahead and explain how these work alongside our proposed day-to-day activity.
Alongside the Digital Strategy we’ll provide you with a Roadmap outlining the marketing activity we propose you focus on for the next 12 months. This can be used to assign responsibilities and define key milestones.
If you choose to continue working with us after the Digital Strategy project we’ll use this roadmap as a basis for our quarterly check-ins to discuss progress and adjust focus where required.
