Thomas Haynes Promoted to Director of Strategy

Thomas Haynes has been a part of the Optix team since he joined us back in 2013. Coming from a large international agency, he brought with him a depth of knowledge and expertise which has since grown to include strategic and commercial insights, powering our clients’ businesses to new heights. With a quiet but confident manner, Thomas has managed our digital marketing department for many years, providing expertise and guidance to our team and clients alike.

As Thomas’ reputation and skills have grown, we feel incredibly proud to announce that with immediate effect we are promoting him to the position of Director of Strategy.

In his new role Thomas will now be taking a consultative focus of our client’s long-term marketing plans, providing them with strategic insight to achieve their business goals. Thomas’ experience with setting digital strategy, building marketing teams and getting cross-organisation buy-in make him uniquely positioned to support our clients with a consultative approach.
