The Story
CA Tech Talent are the largest independent South West focused tech recruitment team based in Exeter. Drawing on their extensive tech knowledge, they help nurture the best tech professionals and place them with progressive client organisations. Our remit was to create a new identity for CA Tech Talent that could also sit alongside the existing Cathedral appointments brand.
OUR APPROACH
CA Tech Talent is part of the well established sister brand of Cathedral Appointments. The new identity needed to share the current values of Cathedral Appointments as well as stand out as a strong brand within its own right.
Through a discovery phase a number of key objectives and emotive philosophies were identified. These were then used as a base to start formulating and iterating ideas and develop a look and feel.

With an identity forming we took our vision and worked with the client to produce responsive web designs and visual imagery to help the launch the brand.
Brand imagery
To support the companies identity, we created a suite of photographic assets. These inherited the brand values identified in the discovery phase and were deployed across a number of different digital channels.
