I've worked in marketing for almost a decade, and my career journey has seen me support a variety of global, national, and local brands, in the charity, education, travel and tourism, and public services sectors. I’m passionate about all things digital and have a wealth of experience in content writing, public relations, and search and social media management.

2022: Started at Optix Solutions, managing a range of campaigns, and helping to grow the agency’s client base while supporting the wider team.
2018: Worked as a Social Media Manager for a leading South West agency, managing advertising campaigns for a variety of national brands.
2016: Joined a startup agency, where I quickly progressed to Head of Content. Alongside client work, I was responsible for the agency’s rebrand, building the brand name and helping to grow the team.
2015: Managed the social media activity for the South West’s biggest family tourist attraction, while also being responsible for content creation and wider marketing activity.
2013: Breaking in-house records for customer engagement achieved while managing the customer service social media channels for a global fashion brand, and a team of 14 staff.
2013: Graduated from the University of Greenwich with a Master’s Degree in Public Relations.
2012: Graduated from Southampton Solent University with a 2:1 BA(Hons) in Journalism.
