Promoting the high energy events and venue space at exeter university
The story
Live @ is a venue for large scale gigs, singing, dancing, private parties and small student gatherings on the university of Exeter campus. We were asked to create a brand and website that captured and expressed the high energy and excitment of this venues capabilities, promote existing events through a great user experience.
Our approach
Through our discovery phase we established a set of feelings and emotions from which a style could be developed. Delivering a really good user experience was also identified as a key success for this project to achieve.
Basing a style around those immersive moments and feelings you experience at an event a core website framework was established. A brand identity further supported the way in which a final output met our original discovery phase criteria.

NEXT STEPS
With initial concepts complete our designs were carried through into a fully responsive website, including a suite of images and style guides to ensure the new look can be carried across to mobile and social channels.
Brand imagery
A suite of imagery demonstrates that emotive feeling of being immersed in the moment at a live event. The contrast of the duo tone images create a very dramatic and high energy feel to the website and social media channels look and feel.
