Rob Stevens Appointed MD of Optix Solutions

Twenty one years after the co-founders, Alastair Banks and James Dawkins, started their Digital Agency, Optix Solutions, they have appointed Robert Stevens as Managing Director and Equal Equity Partner in the business.

Rob joined Optix in October 2019 as Operations Director alongside Alastair and James. He has been a key member of the team which has been navigating the business through one of the most difficult economic crises we can expect to encounter during our lifetimes. In that year, Rob has been a true catalyst for change and has successfully implemented a number of new and positive initiatives in the business.

Alastair and James are not stepping back from the day-to-day running of Optix. Importantly, they are still 100% committed to the business and its current five year growth strategy. Alastair will continue in his role as an ambassador for the business, focusing mainly on his speaking engagements and strategic consultancy while James will focus on the new digital academy, our sustainability projects and the UX and UI services we offer. Both will sit alongside Rob and the rest of the Board to work on the strategic direction and visionary leadership of the business.
