As Head of Growth, Xenia works with businesses to understand their ambitions, challenges and where the biggest opportunities for growth lie. Often one of the first people our clients work with at Optix, she takes the time to get under the skin of each business and its market, bringing together the right expertise from across the team to shape an approach around their goals.
With a background spanning marketing strategy, search, paid media, social media, CRO and analytics, Xenia has a broad understanding of how different areas of marketing work together. Having previously managed some of Optix’s biggest client accounts, she combines that hands-on experience with a strategic view of what businesses need to grow and where marketing investment can have the greatest impact.
Today, Xenia works closely with business leaders and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and shape marketing strategies that deliver real commercial value. She also plays an active role in growing the Optix community, bringing clients, partners and businesses together through events and webinars designed to share ideas and keep people up to date with the latest changes in marketing. She is also a regular speaker, sharing her perspective on growth, the changing marketing landscape and the impact of AI.
Originally from Barcelona, Xenia has built her marketing career in the UK and was recognised in the Exeter Tomorrow 30 Under 30, celebrating young professionals making an impact in the region.
