Optix Solutions Recognised in Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2021

Optix Solutions has been recognised by Campaign as one of the top marketing agencies to work for in the UK.

The Campaign Best Place to Work 2021 survey and award programme, created by Campaign and Best Companies Group, was designed to identify and honour the best places of employment in marketing, advertising and media in the UK. Optix was ranked at number 59 in the list of the top 90 agencies and was the top agency from Devon.

Organisations from across the UK entered the two-part survey process to determine the Campaign’s Best Places to Work. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top organisations and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.

This listing follows Optix being recognised as the as one of top Marketing Agencies in the UK in The Drum’s UK Digital Agency Census 2021 based on client feedback.
