Client Account Manager

As Client Account Manager my role is to nurture and enhance client relationships, employing strategic proficiency to steer projects towards success while ensuring seamless alignment between our delivery team and our client’s strategic objectives. My versatile expertise spans diverse industries, including national travel brands such as Awaze and The Travel Chapter, local law firms, recruitment businesses, manufacturing entities, and luxury jewellery suppliers.

My marketing experience encompasses multiple disciplines including brand and digital strategy, SEO, email marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and social media. This extends to developing and managing multichannel campaigns, project-managing TV advertising campaigns, and supporting large-scale, cohesive brand sponsorships.

Having worked within in-house marketing teams for much of my career, I understand the importance of showcasing actionable insights and providing key deliverables, ensuring a results-driven, test & learn, approach to my work. As part of a previous in-house role, I worked closely with the team at Optix Solutions as a client to deliver a digital marketing strategy which helps me to provide a unique perspective and empathetic approach when it comes to the delivery of client projects.

  • August 2016: Joined the team at Crealy Theme Park & Resort as Digital Marketing Manager, project a new website launch & helping to plan, manage, and execute a new digital marketing strategy alongside the team at Optix Solutions.

  • June 2015: ILM Level Two Award in Leadership and Team Skills.

  • November 2012: Began my marketing career at (now The Travel Chapter). Leading a team to come up with, and implement, winning strategies that deliver growth targets for the website and online properties under my influence.

  • July 2012: Graduated from the University of Portsmouth with 2:1 in Media Studies.
