Our exciting business is looking to hire for a new front of house/support role. The new, important addition to the Optix team will be in charge of phone answering, meet and greet for visitors at Optix HQ, looking after clients at Optix HQ, phone support for clients on domains/hosting/email accounts as well as PA duties for the Directors.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual who really cares about their job, can work well in a team and is completely dependable.
- Organisational skills are essential
- Communication skills are essential
- Technical knowledge of the Internet is preferred
- IT skill on packages like word/excel are required
