We have been working with leading voice, speech and workforce management specialists Business Systems Ltd for over five years now, and recently we’ve secured a contract with them focussing on helping them with their search engine optimisation, along with advising and training them on their social media presence.
Business Systems fully grasp the importance of both of these critical areas of their business, and they understand that putting extra effort into their search marketing and social media practices will have a significant impact on their search engine rankings. For this reason, they called on us to help them improve these aspects of their business in order to firmly establish their online presence and give them the edge over their competitors.
We were, of course, delighted to help – and early indications show that our efforts are already generating results.
We believe in a strategic approach to social media so we’ve worked with the company to build a cohesive and organised content plan and strategic social media strategy which they are just beginning to role out. In terms of search engine rankings they requested a particular emphasis on optimising important keyphrases such as “call recording”, so we are working with them to ensure their website is fully optimised for the best possible results, bearing this and other strategic keyphrases in mind.
We have been working closely with their marketing department, delivering our unrivalled LinkedIn training for the sales team along with social media training on a wider scale. They now have a new and active Twitter account to add to their arsenal of social media weaponry.
