Ever wondered when youve sent out a email newsletter if its had any impact? Of course, you should have stats on your site to tell you if there is a spike in activity around the time of your mail out but it cant really tell you much more than that. The new, online Optix EMS (Email Marketing System) has been developed to give you the ability to manage your contacts via an online administration area, compose both text and HTML newsletters to them and then track whether that contact has viewed and even clicked through onto your website! The marketing potential of this system is huge.

The cost of using the system is far cheaper than equivalent hard copy mailings and with our system you are able to track click thros to your website, a very impressive marketing tool.

Optix Solutions has a unique model for its email marketing system. We recognise that clients may not wish to regularly send emails using the system and where our competitors have a flat fee rate for their systems, we run a pay as you go model. If you dont use the system one month, you dont pay. All you need to get up and running is the following:

Once weve setup the system you are free to use it as you wish. Each time you send out an email we are notified how many have gone and a monthly count is started. You will then be billed at the end of the month for your usage, depending on what youve sent. You can see our pricing structure in the following datasheet.
